Our Faith "day of" wedding coordination service is perfect for couples who have already made all the necessary wedding preparations but want a professional to ensure that everything runs smoothly on their special day. We understand that you've invested a lot of time and effort into planning your dream wedding, which is why our team starts working three weeks before your wedding day to ensure that no detail is overlooked. 

Our goal is to make sure that you feel completely at ease on your wedding day. We will work fervently to ensure that every aspect of your ceremony and reception is executed according to your vision and specifications. As your direct line of communication, we will be available to coordinate with your family, guests, wedding party, and vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Our team will also communicate with your vendors to receive and guide them for setup according to your timeline. We understand that every wedding is unique, and we are committed to making sure that your special day is perfect in every way. With our Faith "day of" wedding coordination service, you can enjoy your wedding day without any stress or worries.

The Hope Wedding package is thoughtfully designed to cater to couples who are seeking professional assistance during the last three-four months of their wedding planning. This phase can be the busiest and most overwhelming time for couples, and that's where we come in to make your life easier. We understand that you have been dreaming about your wedding day for a long time, and our goal is to help you bring that vision to life while staying within your budget.

Once you have had your initial consultation with us, which usually takes place 4-5 months prior to your wedding date, one of our experienced Breathe consultants will take charge of completing any unfinished wedding plans you may have. Our consultants will work with you to ensure that every detail is taken care of and that your wedding day runs smoothly.

On the day of your wedding, our team will be your direct line of communication for your family, wedding party, guests, and vendors. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications so that you can relax and enjoy your special day without any worries. Our event coordinator(s) will also guide your vendors through the set-up process according to your timeline to ensure that everything is ready on time. Assist with setup and break down. 

With our Hope Wedding package, you can count on us to take care of every detail, leaving you free to enjoy your wedding day with your loved ones.

Our all-inclusive package includes everything you need to make your dream wedding a reality. We understand that planning a wedding can be a time-consuming and often overwhelming task, especially for busy couples who have a lot on their plate. That's why our professional Breathe planners are here to help you every step of the way.

Our expert planners will offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the entire process, ensuring that your wedding day is everything you've ever wanted and more. From the initial concept and design to the final execution, we will be there to offer advice, make recommendations, and help you make informed decisions. Unlimited calls and monthly meetings with updates and discussion of details.  We will meet in person and/or through zoom whichever the couple decides is most convenient for them. We understand that each couple has their unique vision for their wedding day, and we will work closely with you to bring that vision to life.

With the LOVE Wedding package, you will have access to our team of experienced and dedicated professionals, who will take care of everything from vendor management to decor and design. On the day of your wedding, there will be a team of up to six professionals onsite from start to finish. You can choose to be as involved as you want in the planning process, but rest assured that we will keep you informed of all the important deadlines and details. Our goal is to make sure that you enjoy every moment of your wedding experience, stress-free and with complete peace of mind.

• CURATION AND PRESENTATION OF A COMPLETE CREATIVE, THE MOOD BOARD.
• VENUE AND HOTEL SELECTION, COORDINATION, AND RESERVATION FOR GROUP ROOM BLOCKS.
• RENDERINGS OF THE EVENTS AND PROPOSAL OF DÉCOR AND DESIGN OF SPACE(S)/VENUE(S), THE DIAGRAM.
•  EVENT DATE CONFIRMATION AND TIME-SENSITIVE RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR ALL VENDOR SERVICES.
• EVENT VENDOR COMMUNICATIONS, BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND MANAGEMENT.
• COORDINATION OF FULL EVENT SECURITY COVERAGE AS NEEDED.
• CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP FROM OUR TEAM TO EXTERNAL PROVIDERS.
• FULL PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT OF THE VENUE(S) FROM SETUP THROUGH BREAKDOWN.
